She was predeceased by: her parents, J. L. Howard and Margaret Miller Howard; and her siblings, J. L. Howard, Jr. and Norma Howard Rogers. She is survived by: her nephews, Patrick L. Rogers (Lynn) and James H. Rogers Jr. (Andrea); her great-nephew James E. Rogers (Jennifer); her great-niece Nikki Boling; and her close friends, Sue Lindsey, Karen Smith, Nancy and Gay Greene.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Noah's Ark or Amedysis Hospice.
