She was predeceased by: her parents, Tip Livesay and Ethel Livesay; and her siblings, Kelly Livesay, Thelma Trent, Mae Regnier and Betty Samsel.
She is survived by: her caregiver Wayne Miller; her children, Lisa Echols (Eddie) and Doug Miller (Becky); her granddaughter Emily Ann Walton (Tim); her siblings, Dale Livesay (Bessie), Don Livesay, Chuck Livesay (Myrna) and Lois Trent; and her brother-in-law Jack Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to the Pat Summitt Foundation or to the Alzheimers's Foundation.
