He is survived by: his wife Crystal Wells; his children, Jason Wells (Rachel), Donald Wells and Christina Wells; his stepson Christopher Tarnowsky (Bridget); his grandchildren, Whitney Wells, Conner Wells, Ethan Wells, Sophie Tarnowsky and Sutton Tarnowsky; and his siblings, Scott Wells (Christy), Mitzi Shockley (Mike), Kim Hartman (Randy), Sue Wisecarver (Dale) and Nancy Orrick.
