He was predeceased by: his mother Cindi Prater of Talbott, TN; and his grandfather J. W. Horner of Talbott, TN.. He is survived by: his father Jeffrey Prater of Talbott; his brother Joseph Prater of Talbott, TN; his daughter Mallorie of Talbott, TN; and his grandmother Jennie Horner of Talbott, TN. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
