He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rines and Missouria Rines; his grandparents, John, Alice Rines, Huey and Lilly Moore; and his friend Deneen Wells.
He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Scott and John David Rines of Talbott; and his aunt Mary Baxter (Wilburn) of Morristown.
