She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lowe and Evelyn Emery (Clinton); her son David "Bud" Blackburn, Jr.; and her siblings, Dennis Emery, James Emery and Carol Marshall.
She is survived by: her husband David L. Blackburn Sr.; her children, Volinda Wolfe (Antonio) of Mooresburg, TN, Amanda Gibson (David) of Frankfort, IN and Christopher Alan James Blackburn of Talbott, TN; and her siblings, Tony Emery, Randy Emery (Sharon) and Kathy Fisher (Jerry).
