With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen B. Welch of Talbott, Tennessee, who passed away on November 4, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Howard "Foy" Welch; her parents, Haskel "Hack" Hopkins and Virgie Amyx Hopkins; and her siblings, Edna Mae Knight, Ruby Hill (Fain), Grace Walker, Margie Hopkins, Melvin Jackson Hopkins and Roy Fain Hopkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Welch (Lawanda) and Tim Welch; her close friends, Barbara Cline and Wilma Livesay; her caregivers, Willie Mack and Brandi Ford; her daughters, Becky Messer, Winna Lawson and Lisa Manis; and her granddaughter Tina Penn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
