We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2023, at the age of 80, Frances Virginia Kelley of Talbott, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Thomas Guyton and Frances Guyton. She is survived by: her husband Garry D. Kelley, Sr.; her son Garry D. Kelley, Jr.; her grandchildren, Colin D. Kelley (Madison), Taylor D. Kelley and Mason T. Kelley; her great grandchild Sawyer H. Kelley; and her brother Tom M. Guyton (Linda) of Hartselle, AL. She is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in her memory to the FUMC Missions Fund or The Serenity House.
