It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fran Elizabeth Locke of Talbott, Tennessee, who passed away on September 25, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Gene Lawing; her stepfather Hobart Wilson; and her brother Randy Lawing. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Locke; her son Jonathan Locke; her mother Mary Wilson; and her brother Jeffrey Lawing.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made toward Buffalo Trail Baptist Church's new sign project in her memory.
