He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Coy and Ira Coy; his grandson Cash Riley; and his close friend Alvin Boley. He is survived by: his significant other Cynthia Rice; his children, Christian Shultz (Alysia Kringsler), Hunter Coy, Dennis Howard Jr., Keely Coy and Alicia Coy (Bryant Riley); his grandchildren, Hadlee Coy, Leo Artime, Ky Artime, Rosalee Artime and Rory Shultz; and his siblings, Owen Coy, Lelan Coy, Michael Coy, Johnny Coy and Linda Coy.
