He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Woolard and Faye Woolard; his father-in-law Walter Smelcer; and his brother-in-law Roger Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Woolard; his son Dennis Patrick Woolard (Angie); his grandchildren, Haylee and Mason; his siblings, Shirley Osborne (Mike), Gearldine Thomas (Walter), David Woolard (Mary), Danny Woolard (Heather) and Darlene Osborne; and his close friend George McAmis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
