He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert William Fletcher and Nellie Kate Fletcher; his child Ryan Fletcher; and his brother Donald Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Koos Fletcher; his children, Phillip Fletcher (Rachel), Valerie Stinson (Bert), Patrick Fletcher (Christine) and Donovan Fletcher (Jennifer); and his stepchildren, Kimberly Koos Moore (Allen) and Douglas Koos (Karen).
