Betty Jo Carbaugh Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2022, at the age of 83, Betty Jo Carbaugh of Talbott, Tennessee, born in Letcher, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Morgan and Bertha Fields Morgan; her husband Donald Carbaugh; and her siblings, Byrtle Morgan (Frable), Leslie Morgan (Ruby), Raleigh Morgan (Edith), Calloway, Frable Logan, Green Logan (Mildred), JC and May Combs (Cooley).
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Carbaugh (Jamie), Donna Smith, Deborah Smith (Robert) and Ruth Vaughn (Terry). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Hospital or The Daily Bread in Morristown.
