With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Raines of Talbott, Tennessee, who passed away on February 28, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrell Wilmeth and Katherine "Kate" Wilmeth; and her siblings, Grady Wilmeth, Donald "Murl" Wilmeth, Edward Wilmeth and Peggy Hefner.

She is survived by: her husband Bobby Raines; her daughter Brooke Greene (Jeremy); and her grandchildren, Aubrey and Ethan Greene. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
