He was predeceased by: his wife Isabelle Day; and his siblings, Emma Loraine Day Gent (Don) of Hamilton, OH and Ules Day of Middlesboro, KY.. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Loraine Spitler (Scott) of Maryville, Christina Isabelle Patterson (Tony) and Craig Alva Day (Crystal) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth, Michael Day, Charles Alva Scott Spitler, Christina Elise Wing (Blake), Georgia Katharine, Asher Craig Day, Kendall and Jonah Thomas; his brother Kenneth Day (Linda) of Tazewell, TN; and his brother-in-law Wayne Rowlett (Claudia) of Gray, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
