He is survived by: his wife Brandy Garrett of Taft; his children, Mitchell Blake Garrett of Taft, Alexus Jade Garrett of Tullahoma and Dustyn Lee Birdsong of Taft; his parents, Victoria Topasna of Decherd and Tim Garrett (Shelley) of Tullahoma; his siblings, Teresa Fortner (Steven) of Drummonds, TN and Glen Garrett (Kathy) of Decherd; his mother-in-law Vicky Mitchell of Flintville; his grandmother Jean Garrett of Belvidere; and his friends, Zoey and Bella. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
