He was predeceased by: his father Richard Oliver Osborne; and his cousin Charles Ray Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Angela Osborne of Taft, TN; his children, Andrew Richard Osborne of Taft, TN, Aaron Reed Osborne and Amanda Blendermann (Joseph) of Fayetteville, TN; his mother Vera Hillis Osborne of Taft; and his siblings, Bobby Osborne (Serena) of Fayetteville, TN, Donna Cole of Taft, TN and Rhonda Blue (Tom). He is also survived by one niece; four nephews; one great niece; one great nephew; and numerous cousins.
