He was predeceased by: his father Terry Joe Wooten. He is survived by: his mother Vickie Williams Wooten; his children, Natalie Grace Moore, Jackson Lindsey and Peyton Lindsey; and his brothers, Marcus Lindsey (Jennifer), Adam Lindsey (Shasta) and Terry Ray Wooten (Rebecca). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
