She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim McDonald and Helen McDonald; her husband Charles Ray Helums; her brother Mike McDonald; and her daughter-in-law Toni Helums.
She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Helums (Susan), Jason Helums (Lisa) and Justin Helums; her grandchildren, Meghan Smith (Caleb), Morgan Kiddoo (Cade), Lindsey Bevels (Wesley), Jentry Helums (Calley), Kyle Helums and Kaitlyn Helums; and her great grandchild Harrison Bevels.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Organization.
