She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Bryson and Florrie Turney Rhea; her husband Joe D. Mullins; and her siblings, Mary Rhea Holland, Betty Rhea Brown and John Rhea.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janice of Taft, TN and Connie Mullins of Taft, TN; her grandchildren, Shanna McKinney (Johnny), Justin Moorehead (Jenny) and Amanda Pittenger (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Colten McKinney, Cheyenne McKinney, Jaidence Taylor, Daylen Rhea Moorehead, Jamie Moorehead and Wiley Moorehead.
