She is survived by: her husband Richard Oscar Crutcher Jr. of Taft; her children, James Gregory Crutcher (Mary) of Killen, John Richard Crutcher (Heather) of Elkmont and DeAnn Michelle Crutcher of Fayetteville; and her brother Larry Cope of Huntsville. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
