He is survived by: his father Buster West of Sweetwater, TN; his wife Marcia Simcox West of Livingston, TN; his children, Meaghan Howard (Matthew Howard) of Sweetwater, TN, Spencer West of Sweetwater, TN and Hannah Black (Jordan Black) of Loudon, TN; his sisters, Connie Upton (Dewitt Upton) of Sweetwater, TN and Janice Baker (Dan Baker) of Sweetwater, TN; and his grandson Aiden Howard of Sweetwater, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Gifts in lieu of flowers can be donated to the Sweetwater High School softball and baseball teams.
