He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garfield Robbins Sr. and Charity Hearst Robbins; and his wife Helen Robbins. He is survived by: his daughter Doris Ann; his son-in-law Rick Bolinger of Lenoir City; his sons, William G. Robbins III, Niota, Charles Edward (Wava Robbins), Robert Wayne Robbins and Don Allen (Sandy Robbins); and his grandchildren, Kevin, Michelle, Chris, Melody and Jeff. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
