He is survived by: his wife Wanda Evans; his children, Cameron Evans of Sweetwater, Mark Evans of Rockford, OH., Diana (Darrel Howard), Susan (Ralph Moeller) and Leslie (Charlie Bandura); his close friends, Wayne, Tammy Long, Brandi Long, Candi Gee, Kari Watson, BJ Meres and Judy McCreedy; his grandchildren, Joshua Evans (Ashley), Jason Dietsch (Stacy), Felisha Evans, Adam Howard (Jessica), Carol Bandura and Bobby Bandura; and his siblings, Pat Thomas, Joe Evans (Jo) and Wayne Evans (Barb). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
