He was predeceased by: his parents, Mills Smith and Geneva Bradley Smith; his wife Rev. Sandra Smith; and his siblings, Donald William Smith, Jake Smith and Beatrice Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Ryan Lane Smith (Phillip Johnson), Bryan Lynn Smith (Diearro) and Wilbert Mills Smith III (Melissa Smith); his granddaughter Naelyn Dyer; his brothers, Eugene Smith of Cleveland, TN. and Clarence Lee Smith of Athens, TN.; his uncle Lewis Bradley of Athens; and his aunt Cora Moore of Niota, TN.. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In compliance with COVID-19 there will be a walkthrough visitation from 12 noon until 1:00 p. m.
