With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Warren Jay Hoffman in Sweetwater, Tennessee, born in Joliet, Illinois, who passed away on September 22, 2020 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Nelas Hoffman (Kathleen) and Donna Hoffman (William); his wife Julie A. Hoffman; his sons, Warren Jay Hoffman, Jr. (Sarah) and Brandon Prange; and his siblings, Jeanette Seely (David), Darren Hoffman (Connie) and Max Dallas Hoffman. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
