She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wilburn "Billie" and Alice Maude Crabtree Underdown; her husband Charles Davis; her children, Billy Ross Davis and Tammie Woodby; and her siblings, Betty Underdown, Hazel Underdown, Edna Haney, Charles Underdown, Jr., Steven Underdown and Jesse Underdown.

She is survived by: her sons, Larry Davis and Charles Davis (Gina); and her siblings, Alice West (Bill) and Creed Luther Underdown (C. L.). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren.
