He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph West Loomis Sr. and Catherine Anne Loomis of Sweetwater, TN; and also, Annie and Scout. He is survived by: his sons, Ben Loomis and Benjamin Thomas Loomis; his daughter-in-law Carol Ann Loomis; his granddaughter Annabelle Grace Loomis of Mt; his daughter Jennifer Elizabeth Cooper; his son-in-law Robert Harding Cooper of Knoxville, TN; his brother Joseph West Loomis Jr.; his spouse Earla Loomis; his brother Lynn Marshall Loomis of Sweetwater, TN; and also, Jennifer Cooper and Sharon Barnard Loomis of Sweetwater, TN. He is also survived by relatives and treasured friends.
