It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Nance (Sweetwater, Tennessee), who passed away on March 4, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Minnie B. Todd and Thomas T. Nance; his siblings, Sarah Ratledge, Lois Land, Rosa Lee Hixon, Ethel Akins and Edward Nance; and his stepsisters, Ella Mae Hicks, Annie Lemmons and Ruby Pope.
He is survived by: his sister Erma Jean Holloway; his brother-in-law John Hixon; and his nieces and nephews, Bobby Hamby, Connie Hamby, Angela Holloway, Tim Maxwell, Jeff Gibson, Elizabeth Millsaps, Joe Ratledge, Elmer Ratledge, Jr., Carroll Sullins, Robert Sullivan, Susan Sullivan, Dan Malone, Rosemary Malone, Doug Sullivan, Brenda Moore, Leslie Ellison, Ray Whitaker, Brittany Whitaker, Adam Worley and Ashley Campbell Adams.
