It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Jo Palmer of Sweetwater, Tennessee, born in Mount Carmel, Illinois, who passed away on April 13, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her stepfather Danny Engle; and her siblings, Darla Overton and Chris Collins. She is survived by: her husband Gary Palmer; her mother Mary Jo Engle; her stepfather Franklin Wood; her children, Craig Collins (Mandy), Brandy Collins, Tyler Foshee (Brittany) and Sylvia Collins; her stepchildren, Jeremy Palmer (Amanda), Holly Johnson and Nathan Day; and her brothers, Frank Wood (Amanda) and Kevin Lee Wood. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
