He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd "Boggie" Luikart; and his brothers, Clifford "Bo" Luikart and Rocky Luikart. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Luikart of Sweetwater; his stepchildren, Sheila Mandra of Chattanooga, TN, Jason Waugh of Lenoir City, TN and Sherrie Waugh of Athens, TN; and his siblings, Tia Houston of Sweetwater, TN and Bobby Luikart of Nevada, OH. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.
