He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Steve Collins, Sr. and Flora Ailene Mitchell (Arden); his adoptive parents, Grayson Huskin and Goldie Huskin; his siblings, Alice Todd, Ann Tinker and Billy Ray Collins; and his half-brother Gene Arden.
He is survived by: his wife Sally Collins (Thompson); his son Timothy Collins (Adrien Clark); his stepson James Middleton; his adoptive daughters, Penny Taylor (Zachary) and Molly Geagley (Michael); his grandchildren, Devin, Levi, Jason, Phoenix, Josalynn, Lily and Nathaniel; and his sisters, Betty Schaffer and Sue Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
