He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold James and Elvia Gibson Isbill; and his brother John Isbill. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Smallwood Isbill; his children, Sunshine, Andre Tate, Cigi Isbill, Abigail Givens, Sophia Givens, Matthew Givens, Rhonda Givens, Miranda Gibson and Amanda Krantz; his brother-in-law Pat (Wayne Whitener); his brother James; and his sister-in-law Joyce Isbill. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, Sister.
