She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edith, Bill McSpadden, Dixie and Haskall Shields; and her father-in-law Philip Shamblin.
She is survived by: her husband Jonathan Philip Shamblin; her children, Jonathan Philip Shamblin II and Elin Harper Shamblin of Sweetwater; her parents, Lois Shields and Lyman Shields of Madisonville; her sister Kelley; her brother-in-law Brad Hunt of Madisonville; her brother Scott; her sister-in-law Inara Shields of Loudon; her mother-in-law Patty Shamblin of Sweetwater; her siblings-in-law, Dr. Chris and Heather Shamblin of Sweetwater; and her aunt Angela Seaton of Madisonville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
