He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frank and Margaret Hope Miller; his wife Shirley; and his brothers, Robert Allen Miller and Junior Dale White.
He is survived by: his children, Gary, Lois, Kim, Josh, Ana, Sarah, Nick, Joshua, Matthew, Isaac, Lily and Olivia; and his siblings, Richard, Harold (Shirley), Deborah (Jim Lemons) and Peggy (Paul Buckner).
