She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Ballard and Bertha Ballard; and her brothers, Charles Ballard, Pete Ballard Jr. and Tony Ballard.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Harrill; her children, Iva Burnette (Dennis), Mike Reynolds, Virgil Reynolds (Linda) and Jeff Harrill (Christie); her grandchildren, Beth Makowski (Kyle), Chris Burnette (Stephanie), Jessica Reynolds, Jared Reynolds (Anna), Tony Reynolds (Regina), Lexie Goodson, Tyler Harrill and Isaiah Harrill; and her close friends, Evelyn Howard, Louise Lowe and Betty Allen. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
