Ruth Milsaps Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Milsaps of Sweetwater, Tennessee, who passed away on December 1, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzic Wiley and Gladys Retha Worley (Balou); and her siblings, Lawan, Elva Crist, James Harold Worley, Rose Lee, Donald Ray Worley and Charles Edward Worley.
She is survived by: her husband Clinton E. Milsaps; her daughter Regina Lynn; her son-in-law Dwight Ramsey; her son Benjie Ray; her daughter-in-law Rosanna Milsaps; her grandchildren, Cade, Paige Ramsey and Bella Milsaps; and her siblings, Hoyt (Teresa Worley), Ralph (Elaine Worley), Glenn (Dorothy Worley), Louise Worley Watts, Wilma (Lamar Harrison) and Dorothy (Jim Hindman).
