He was predeceased by: his wife Gladys Arlene "Tootie" Perry; his son Robert David Perry; his parents, Robert Perry and Lorene Perry; and his sister Dixie Ellison.
He is survived by: his daughters, Debra L. (John Carmichael) and Wendy (Mike Edwards). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sweetwater Memory Chapel (1838 US-11, Sweetwater, TN 37874). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
