He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Tilley Webb; his parents, Arthur Brown and Josie Webb; and his siblings, Clyde Webb, Charles Webb, John Webb, Kenneth Webb, David Webb and Kitty Lou Eller.
He is survived by: his son Anthony Webb; his daughter-in-law Rindy Webb; his grandson Joseph Webb; his siblings, Eugene Webb and Annie Snyder; and his niece Joyce Gourley.
