He is survived by: his wife Tammy Powell; his children, Christopher Lee Powell, Brianna Powell, Matthew Powell, Tonya Poe (Scott) and Chris Russell (Megan); his grandchildren, Braylee Russell, Amelia Donath, Riverlynn Powell, Braxton Wallace, Evan Jarnigan, Melody Bond, Gabriel and Noah Lovelace; his mother-in-law Linda Cook; and his nephew David Taylor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
