He is survived by: his daughter Micaela Smith; his grandchildren, Legend Powers, Mason Smith and Bre Smith; his sister Michelle McDaniel (Ray); and his nieces and nephews, Justin, Alyssa McDaniel, Patrick Budds (Theresa) and Chris Budds (Brandi). He is also survived by several Nieces, nephews, and friends.
