It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Anne Rowell of Sweetwater, Tennessee, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Anne C. Mclaughlin; her brother Terry Mclaughlin; and her daughter Sandra B. Sprague. She is survived by: her son Jeff Summerall (Kathy); her grandchildren, Sarah Millsaps (Jeremiah), Jeffery Summerall (Sara), Zachary Summerall and Hannah Moreau; her daughter Tina Morrow (Denny); and her grandchildren, Jessica Soto (Kris) and Jered Morrow (Krystal).
