He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hicks; his daughters, Deborah Human (Phil), Charlotte Hicks and Robin Avens; his grandchildren, Justin Leonard, Savannah Human, Jessie Grazzotin (Thiago), Rachel Leonard and Will Blankenship; and his great grandchildren, Sadie Marie Cannon and Easton Cannon. He is also survived by brothers, sisters, cousins and friends.
