It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pauline Tate Blair of Sweetwater, Tennessee, who passed away on May 8, 2021, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pauline Tate Blair to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her husband John Robert Blair (J. R.); her parents, Herman George and Flora Mason Tate; and her siblings, Edna Marie Tate, Paul Venton Tate, Byrl Mason Tate and Howard Monroe Tate.

She is survived by: her daughter Judy Ann Blair; her son-in-law Dr. William Chandler Wilson, Jr. (Bill) of Knoxville; her grandsons, William "Chandler" Wilson, III (Kimberly) of Knoxville and Alexander Blair Wilson (Laura) of Abingdon, VA; her great grandchildren, Chloe Brooke Wilson, Elijah Parker Wilson, Alyssa Grace Wilson and Emma Joy Wilson; and her niece Glenda Tate Stephens.

The family is requesting that masks be worn and social distancing observed.
