He was predeceased by: his parents, Kay Watkins and Hazel Watkins; his wife Earnestine Noble Watkins; his children, Paul Douglas Watkins and Jamie Watkins; and his siblings, Mary Ann Pelfrey, Barbara Sue Watkins, Betty Ruth Fraley and Marion Watkins.
He is survived by: his children, Marion Lee Watkins of Tennessee and Sandra Jean (John) of Tennessee; and his siblings, Karen Lockard of Frankfort, Emma Combs (Junior) of Williamsburg, Linda Wells (Alan) of Lawrenceburg, Marie Abrams, Johnny Watkins (Pam) of Frankfort, Ricky Watkins (Phyllis) of Frankfort, Donnie Watkins (Ruby) of Lawrenceburg and Matt Watkins of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
