She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Bert Johnson and Nannie Hazel Lennex; and her brother James Richard Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Theresa Vineyard, Bruce (Sharon Vineyard), Leona (Donny Wattenbarger) and Lesa Vineyard (Timothy Collins); and her close friends, Loretta Russell and Renea Taylor. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home.
