Modine Lowe is survived by: children, Patricia Y. Harrell Fuller (Bob) of Sweetwater, Cindy Underwood (Ashley Barnard) of Sweetwater, Lynn Fuller Cottrell (Allen), Bobby Fuller, Roy A. Harrell (Buddy) of Sweetwater and Candice Wear (David) of Madisonville; grandchildren, Landon Slack of Madisonville, Jackson Wear of Madisonville and Aubree Grace Wear of Madisonville; daughter Kimberly (Robert Taliaferro); grandchildren, Cassie and Kramer; children, James E. Harrell (Sylvia) of Knoxville, Angela Darr Hill (Johnnie) of Sweetwater, Brandon Darr, Faith Darr of Knoxville, Josh Hill of Idaho, Daniel Hill of Texas and Denise Valentine (Jimmy) of Strawberry Plains; grandchildren, Brayden and Ethan Valentine; and children, Jimmy Loveday, Skylar of Knoxville and Eric of Knoxville.
The family will have a private service due to COVID -19.
