She was predeceased by: her parents, Noll Billingsley and Flossie Billingsley; her husbands, William R. Oggs and George W. Wilkerson; her son Otis Anthony Oggs; her stepsons, William Gillespie, Greg Willkerson and George Wilkerson Jr.; and her siblings, Mayette Wells, Mattie Hughley, Thala Billingsley and Adrian Billingsley.

She is survived by: her children, Sarah Smith (Bobby), Eliza Thompson (Danny), Willlie Oggs and Marsete Oggs; her stepdaughter Sara Jean Brown (Jim); her grandchildren, Shauntay Oggs, Otis Oggs Jr. (Maenise), Julian Oggs, Brianna Arnwine, Cameron Thompson and Caleb Thompson; and her sisters, Shirley Billingsley and Cleo Davis (John). She is also survived by grandkids, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
