She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank "Buck" Carter and Edith Carter; her former husband Johnny Lovingood; and her siblings, Jerry Carter and Evelyn McDougal.
She is survived by: her husband Jeff Baker; her daughters, Sharon (Nelson Livingston Jr.) and Angie (Rico Mayfield); her grandchildren, Kayla (Edmond Upton), Nelson III (Haley Livingston), Maranda (Denny Catlett), Emily Sutton (Bishop Reed) and Emory Cranfill; her great grandchildren, John-Carter Clark, Sadie Clark, Sawyer Clark, Samuel Livingston, Elijah Livingston, Adrianna Catlett, Everett Catlett and Maura Catlett; her sisters, Virgie (Danny Ramsey) and Christine "Teen" (Kenny Ramsey); her siblings-in-law, Richard Goins, Petey Goins, Heather, Melinda, Mark Belk, Patricia and Mikey Cline; and her caregiver Kayla Upton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
