He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Butcher. He is survived by: his son David; his daughter-in-law Rita Butcher of Sweetwater; his daughter Sharon Bassett of Arlington, VA.; and his grandsons, David, Matthew, Thomas Butcher and Joshua Comstock. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
